Building Voices — Introducing our NEWEST Ambassador, Ashley ⭐
Hi Folks!
I’m Ashley, and I’m delighted to be a fresh addition to the People Builders Ambassadors vibe. I grew up in Wisconsin, and now I live in Bilbao, in the Basque Country of Spain, giving proof to the popular saying “los de Bilbao nacemos donde queremos.”
My research in peace and conflict resolution led me to spend time in places of former conflict where I could listen and learn daily about how to replace tension with comprehension and growth, a skillset that I now strive to teach others in our increasingly complex work environments.
I believe in social constructivism, and I am excited to shape the conversation around the future of work. A few things that get me revved up are: remote management and process optimization, the nuances of work-life balance, harnessing AI for good, learning design, and mentoring the next generation of talent.
In my free time, I like to pretend that I live here.
