Mentorship Program — LAST CALL to apply! 👯♀️
Last month, officially launched our People Builders Mentorship Program!
We have extended our application timeline and applications for our Mentorship Program close on September 30th. Whether you're looking to mentor or be mentored, this is your last chance to participate in a unique opportunity to connect with industry leaders, share experiences, and grow together.
Research consistently shows that mentorship is a powerful tool for professional development, especially for HR professionals who are often called upon to lead by example and drive organisational change.
What is the mentorship program? a one off program that pairs experienced people leaders interested in mentoring with people leaders seeking mentorship. Matches are made based on factors like mentorship goals, job titles, location, experience, company size and more.
Next Steps and Timelines:
Applications will be open until September 30th
From October 1st to October 20th we’ll complete the matching process
Mentors and mentees will be invited to an interactive virtual meeting during the last week of October, to officially kick off the program
Your mentorship journey will begin in November.
